Character Reports

Extensive research into a player’s football and personal character to identify potential concerns/problem areas and determine motivating factors and team fit

Report includes:

​

  • Draft grade - Based on a five-point risk assessment scale that signifies the perceived risk in selecting said player

​

  • ​The All-22 Character Score - Quantitative grading system based on our 88-point scale

    • Factors in:

      • 11 personal character traits

      • 11 football character traits 

​

  • Summary of key concerns/problem areas and positive traits/areas of opportunity

​

  • Social media recommendations - Flagged information, concerning posts, or items that need to be scrubbed

​​

  • Interview questions – Player-specific, character-related questions that may be asked during Senior Bowl, Combine, and/or Top 30 interviews ​
